Air Ambulance Foundation (AAF), a subsidiary of Emergency Helicopter Service International (EHSI), is a fully-equipped advance life support helicopter ambulance ser- vice, staffed by a competent team of medical staff from Ghanaian health service company: Medfocus International and pilots trained by faculty of the prestigious European Helicopter Center (EHC), in Norway. We are a Ghanaian-based emergency service provider that never welshes on its promise to provide the best care to its patients within the shortest time possible. EHSI is providing pioneering air ambulance service based on top-level Norwegian quality standards and supervision. It began operations in Ghana in 2022, where it moves ad- vanced life-saving medical treatment to the patient, securing high quality treatment be- fore and during efficient transport to medical facilities. The leading edge clinical practice and lifesaving work of our paramedics, underpins our purpose of improving the health outcomes of the Ghanaian community. We provide pre- hospital treatment and ambulance transport for people in urgent medical emergencies, and draw upon our clinical expertise and experience to help resolve less-urgent medical issues.
We are committed to providing the highest standard of emergency medical care and service to our clients, delivered by competent and caring professionals with the latest state-of-the-art technological equipments. Prospective members are assured immediate response to emergency calls within 30 minutes from the time we receive their call for help.
